Sports Sales Associate

Hours:

• 8-5 Monday to Friday
• Saturdays 10-2 (rotational)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (required)

Duties Includes:

• Sales of marine and powersports accessories
• Responding to customer leads to provide pricing and availability information (includes phone calls, texts, emails, and in-person inquiries)
• Upselling applicable parts and accessories to customers
• Processing customer payments
• Restocking the showroom on a daily basis
• Answering customer questions
• Keeping up-to-date with industry products, technology, trends, and pricing
• Daily and weekly cleaning duties of entire store (all staff)
• Some listing and managing of online Ebay inventory

Requirements:

• Must have previous customer service experience
• Must be a team player with an energetic and positive attitude
• Must be good with computers and technology
• This position does not involve much sitting around – must be able to keep up
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work some Saturdays
• Forklift experience an asset

Job Types:

• Full-time, Permanent

Salary:

• $15.00-$22.00 per hour
